Venture Capital

3i’s venture capital business operates on an international basis, with a focus on the software, communications, healthcare and electronic sectors, typically investing between €1m and €50m over the lifetime of their investment.

Growth Capital

3i’s growth capital team invests in successful established businesses that want to build and realise significant additional value for their shareholders by accelerating their growth. Our investments normally lie in the range of €10–€150 million.

Buyouts

3i’s mid-market buyout business operates primarily on a pan-European basis, investing in businesses with a transaction value of up to €1bn.

Infrastructure

We are an active investor in European infrastructure assets, typically investing between €10m and €150m for each transaction.
