We are a UK registered company with an office in
France and England. Employing bi-lingual staff enables us to offer a
comprehensive range of services to our clients; from initial property viewings
right through to helping clients to settle into their new homes and communities.

We work closely with a reputable
French estate agency in order to bring our
clients the widest possible choice of property in our area of operation, to suit
all tastes and budgets. Our website is updated weekly.
What kind of properties do we offer?
Our portfolio ranges from building plots to maisons de maître and from
fishing lakes to cottage, throughout the regions of the Orne, Mayenne and
Sarthe. We offer a very wide range of properties in towns, villages, hamlets or
splendid rural isolation.
How do we work?
Before we start the viewing process, ideally we sit down with you to discuss
the type of property you are seeking, your preferred location and your budget.
If you are unable to come to us in person, we can offer the same service by
telephone or e-mail. This enables us to tailor a viewings programme to you, as
we appreciate that many clients are operating to a tight schedule and have
limited time at their disposal.
We will make the appointments for you to view the properties in which you are
interested and we take you to them and answer your questions. Our staff have
lived in this region for many years and their local expertise and knowledge is
second to none.
When you find your dream property, we then move on to the next step. We
handle your offer to purchase a property and any subsequent negotiations and we
deal with all the paperwork. We keep you informed of progress by telephone or
e-mail and we accompany you to the notaire’s office to sign the Acte de Vente,
translating all documents and conversations for you along the way. We strive to
make this a completely painless process for you.
Can we help with building work?
The property that you buy may need refurbishment or alteration to suit you.
We employ a team of experienced English and French contractors who are
registered with French building associations. So once again, we sit down with
you and discuss and agree the programme of works you require and your budget.
Again, we keep you fully informed regarding the progress of the work.
What else can we do for you?
Our involvement with you does not stop once you have purchased your property.
For example, we can organise insurance, help you to open a bank account, arrange
and transfer water and electricity supplies and order your new telephone line.
If you are moving permanently to France, we can help you to find schools for
your children, arrange French lessons, register you with a doctor and offer you
the benefit of our extensive local knowledge. We can also act as translators for
all occasions.
If your new property is a holiday home, we can arrange for its upkeep and
maintenance, handle cleaning and changeovers and everything else from gardeners
to chimney sweeps.
