Airstar lighting balloons are extremely efficient in rescue and security operations - sturdy, lightweight and easy to install, the units are mobile and versatile, easy to transport and operate. Available in many sizes, these lighting devices can be used in any terrain. All Airstar balloons provide great amounts of uniform, glare-free lighting.

The smallest units can fit into areas where access is a challenge. The larger units are especially useful for even the most massive-scale operations.

Airstar lighted balloons provide an ideal tool for security at rescue sites, work areas and large, unguarded areas, including as parking lots, staging sites and fields.

PRODUCTS FOR ALL NEEDS

• From 0,5m to 7m in diameter that will illuminate an area of 100m² to 40,000m² respectively;
• Air inflated (Sirocco range) or helium inflated (Solarc range);
• Halogen (incandescence) lamp or HMI (Metal Halide, comparable to natural daylight);
• 12V and 24V versions available that work from batteries.

The Airstar balloons avoid the use of rigging, scaffolding to light or to make secure a rescue centre or an airport. One 2,000W balloon is equivalent to four 1,200W spots.

SIROCCO™: A SELF-INFLATING BALLOON FOR LOCATED OPERATIONS

The Sirocco™ - sturdy and wind resistant up to 68 mph/110 kph. This easy-to-install system can be set up, inflated and illuminated in only 45 seconds. It can illuminate up to 10,000m² of space. When not in use, the Sirocco deflates to a compact, lightweight and portable package.

• Sirocco™ Halogen: 500W, 1,000W, 2,000W;
• Sirocco™ HM: 700W, 1,200W, 4,000W;
• Sirocco™ TBT (12V or 24V). This all-purpose, portable Sirocco can be carried in a backpack, inflates in 10 seconds and features two hours of stand-alone power.

PRODUCTS FOR LARGE-SCALE OPERATIONS

The larger balloon in the Solarc range, Solarc™ 700 (filled with helium and fitted with a HMI source) can illuminate a very large area up to 40,000m² from one central point. The Sirocco™ 4,000W HMI can light a 360° area up to 7,500m² from a central point.

Major incidents and security operations require the rapid deployment and installation of considerable equipment and manpower. With its international network, Airstar is able to quickly move lighting balloons rapidly.
