Alpsan Company, founded in 1985 is one of the largest Aluminium and PVC profile extruder in Turkey and is located very close to Istanbul.

During this time Alpsan increased its capacity to 4800 MT/year PVC and 4800 MT/year aluminium profiles with 13 PVC extrusion lines and two Aluminium extrusion lines. With new investments, an additional aluminium extrusion line with 1650 tonnes press will extend our capacity to an annual 10000 MT/year at the end of March 2005. Alpsan also has their own mould department with a capacity of 700 moulds/year. Having more than 2500 different moulds enables us to respond to many requests from our customers.

The quality and quality management system of Alpsan is guaranteed by ISO 9000:2001. Our system can follow and monitor our entire product information, from raw material to the delivered products. Our profiles are also certified by the Qualanod certificate which is very well respected and acknowledged around the world. In our Anodize section we offer a range of colours. We can anodize natural, gold, brown and black. Our research is still investigating other colours in the laboratory and with the results of these studies we shall be able to produce blue colour too. We can anodize shiny, matt or E6 surface treatment. Upon request we can apply wire brushing as well.

In our Mechanical Process Section we can make applications such as punching, drilling, bending or other special applications upon request.

Alpsan is already exporting to Germany, Holland, Poland, Romania, Ukraine, Serbia, Iraq, Kazakhstan and the Turkish Republics.
