Once it has been compressed by piston compressors, the air is transferred to the system via a drier unit.

The use of two-stage compressors enables pressures in excess of 30 bar to be achieved with operating times of over 35%. LFK air-suspension compressors are 100% compatible with all standard types of air suspension system. In addition, all essential functions such as boarding aids, level adjustment or loading-sill lowering can also be implemented with ease.

Another successful product group is that of tyre-inflation compressors, which have already found their way into more than three million vehicles from premium German marques. Whether used for regulating tyre pressure, inflating (temporary) spare tyres or as compressors in tyre-fit systems, the DLK series is winning fans thanks to its integrated approach across various finely co-ordinated performance classes in a pressure range of up to 6 bar. The customised packaging design also allows these compressors to be precisely matched to the different components contained within the vehicle.
