Anchor Trust is England’s largest not-for-profit provider of housing, support
and care. Anchor started life in 1968, and consists of six businesses, one of
which is Anchor Homes. Today, Anchor employs almost 10,000 people and provides
housing and/or support to 50,000 customers each week. With nearly 40 years of
experience, Anchor is an established and trusted provider of services for older
people.
Anchor Homes is the largest not-for-profit provider of
residential and nursing care in the
sector and is dedicated to helping older people live safely and securely with a
choice of services to suit all needs. We have over 100 homes across England,
serving around 4,000 residents. Our philosophy promotes independence and choice;
virtually every resident has their own room with en-suite facilities. Trained,
courteous staff provide 24-hour care and support tailored to meet each
individual’s needs.
