AXITEC GmbH, a global player with German roots

The company:

Founded in 2001, the AXITEC GmbH rapidly established itself in the market and the photovoltaic modules manufactured in Germany under the same name advanced to a world-wide-recognized brand. They are produced at three locations in Germany as an OEM production. The production and the modules are multiply certified which guarantees their high quality and long-term energy. (Certification of the production: DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001, certification of the modules: IEC 61215, TÜV Safety Class II.) AXITEC products are in the meantime sold throughout the world.

The design: The selection of optimum, high-quality construction components for every module type and the careful planning and implementation of high performance solar module production characterises the AXITEC modules.

The certification: Quality and performance testing of every individual solar module guarantees a high-yield solar power system. The TÜV Rheinland regularly checks the accuracy of the measurements.

The team: Motivated and professional employees form the heart of the AXITEC GmbH and care with their competence for the realisation of all quality demands to the product.

The output: The individual measurement records of the AXITEC modules provide you with a guaranteed power output within a power tolerance of +/- 3 %. The high-performance cells with an average efficiency of 15 % provide optimum performance under poor lighting conditions.

The modules:

Special framing: The well matured constructions characterises the AXITEC module-frame. The soft grip seam on the rear side of the anodized aluminium frame contributes to the excellent supporting and installation properties. The proven hollow frame construction adds extra stability to the frame.

The individual module components are sealed into a waterproof, weather resistant unit using a temperature-pressure lamination process and then get equipped with a reverse-polarity protected plug system.

For flexible installation, the junction box is so constructed that it does not project above the module frame. The junction box gets equipped with bypass diodes as standard. The installed diodes are not cast in place. This makes them easy to exchange at any time.

AXITEC Cis-Module

The high-quality cabling and the walkable, sealable plug system are extremely robust and offer excellent weather resistance.

Warranties:

Due to the selection of best components AXITEC is in a position to issue a 10 years limited warranty on the product, 12 years limited manufacturer warranty on 90% of the nominal power and 25 years limited manufacturer warranty on 80 % of the nominal power.

Novelties:

60 cell modules: AXITEC just came up with a new range of AXITEC Solar Modules consisting of 60 cells, available from 194 Watt up to 224 Watt. Of course also "Made in Germany".

The Stand-alone System: The selection and delivery of reliable individual components for self-sufficient photovoltaic systems, so-called "stand-alone" systems, providing a stable off-grid power supply. This is the ideal solution for any kind of autonomous off-grid energy either in the absence of a local power utility or simply to be independent. This system is applicable for telecommunication stations, radio towers, pump stations, solitary houses and endless other facilities far away from the net. The environmentally friendly, silent energy system provides power for lighting, television and other electrical appliances. The built-in inverter allows the use of normal 230-volt-appliances.

The CIS module:

CIS technology describes the manufacture of a high-performance solar module using one third fewer production steps and two thirds less energy. This is reflected in a very good price / performance relationship. Advantages: Very good energy yields, even at high ambient temperatures. Partial shadowing does not significantly affect the performance of the module.
