•  User Fees / Charges and Economic Regulation for Airports, Air Navigation Service Providers – we provide in-depth reviews of existing user fees and user charges and identify the potential for new charges and also to assess which of the current services are operating at “best practice” levels
• CAA Divestment Planning – In line with ICAO guidelines, CAAs should not regulate and operate aviation services within the same organisation. We assist CAAs to “Privatise” or “Corporatise” the operational functions performed by Airports, Air Navigation Services (ANS), and the regulatory functions of the CAA to allow their independent functionaing.
• IATA - IOSA Audits for Airlines – major airlines must now undertake the IOSA safety audit – we assist by ensuring that the airline is ready for the audit and provide specialist input to comply with audit findings
• Outsourcing Management and Capital Projects Tendering – leading the - definition of business requirements, preparation of tender documents, evaluation of tender responses, negotiating detailed contracts. Project values – up to £300 million
• Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) / COBIT Implementation – assisting with the implementation of the SOX corporate governance legislation. The COBIT requirements specify the IT compliance framework underpinning the SOX umbrella.
