Brilliant Minds provides high quality NLP training for business leaders and technical professionals. We believe we are unique in providing a range of public and in-house programmes that bring the benefits of NLP to the everyday challenges of running a successful organisation. NLP is a relatively new addition to the HR portfolio and many senior managers have been intrigued by its possibilities. Most NLP training institutes emphasis the therapeutic benefits of NLP – our focus is on the business benefits of NLP. Our certified Practitioner and Master Practitioner programmes are designed to enhance the leadership skills of busy, intelligent senior managers. We have a maximum group size of 12 so we can guarantee not only personal feedback and interaction with the trainers but also useful and stimulating networking with a peer group during the programme. We focus not just on personal development or coaching others but also on enhancing each person’s individual skills and developing the influencing skills that make a difference.

Recent participants in our public NLP Practitioner programmes include the entire management team from one of the busiest Police stations in the West Midlands. The Chief Superintendent was able to report that his station achieved the best performance in the Force, by a considerable margin, and attributes this success to the changed attitudes and enhanced skills his team developed during the NLP training.

In-house, we can provide a range of development programmes to meet the challenges in your organisation using NLP and other psychological models to accelerate learning and create lasting results. All of our trainers have a proven track record as leaders – some in business and some in the public sector. We have a wealth of experience of applying the principles of NLP in a commercial fashion to the challenges of organisational life and we enjoy adapting our knowledge to new clients and differing priorities.

Recent clients for our in-house service include RBS Group Technology, where we are providing a ‘Leadership through Everyday Conversation’ programme for technology project and programme managers. By careful targeting of the course material to suit the needs of this group we have been able to make a real difference to performance management and project leadership.
