Flexibility
No two energy contracts are the same and our range of products meets every
need. Our electricity offering includes one to five year fixed contracts,
half hourly billing for large accounts and a Climate Change Levy exempt
tariff is also available – all of which can be closely tailored.
Innovation
We are constantly striving to ensure our products are the best available and
we work with our customers to make sure that our new products are in line
with their needs.
One example of this is the development of a tool allowing customers to
review their accounts online. They can access account and billing details,
create tailored consumption reports, update account details and enter meter
readings.
