For more than thirty years in the die casting market (established in 1968), Brondolin has, for tradition, laid more importance to the quality and customer satisfaction than extreme production results. We specialise only in the production of tools and spare parts for Die Casting Machine, specifically for injection system.

Our Customers are the most important Die Casting Machine producers and their users.

With a commercial system composed of 24 agents, we are present directly in all of Europe and many other countries around the world.

The company is composed of two plants. One for machining process, where 40 people work including ten on the commercial side. The second plant is for the heat treatment, with 12 people working.

In our company all production process is under our control, starting from the raw material that is supply directly from the steel producer and not through any dealer. This makes a very big difference concerning the quality of the material and is very important (combined with heat treatment process) for a longer tool life time.

• Shot Sleeve: Normal – Integral - with Thermal regulation - with special insert.
• Traditional Plunger
• Allper System Plunger (Licence and exclusive agent for Italy, Spain, Czech Rep., Slovakia, Turkey, Israel.
• Rod
• Gooseneck for Zinc and Magnesium
• Plunger, Ring, Rod for Hot Chamber.
• Accessories
• Shot Sleeve and Gooseneck refurbishing.

All products can be used for the production of Aluminium, Zinc, Brass and Magnesium alloys. We were established in 1968 and are certificated UNI EN ISO 9001-2000
