Job Evaluation & salary structure design
Evaluator+ © is a flexible, computer-assisted job evaluation package enabling users to choose factors which are appropriate to their job populations, test various weightings for each factor, design alternative factor plans, and using the evaluations, design motivational grade structures.
The software has four modules, the Personnel database, Paired Comparisons, Factor Plan and PrISM - the Performance-related Increase Salary Modeller.
Performance
PrISM, allows users to link pay and performance, providing bottom-line costs at the push of a button. This can help the busy Salary Administrator not only to stay abreast of performance increases for staff but also maintain control of salary budgets.
Equal Pay Audits
PrISM also facilitates the production of a report outlining any Equal Pay issues which may exist in the job population being reviewed - potentially providing a better defence against any Equal Value claim.

Why ‘Bryher’?
Other than the fact that ‘Bryher’ spells out what we aim to achieve for our Clients, ‘Better Results Yield Higher Employee Rewards’, these picturesque and impossible names, Heathy Hill, Rushy Bay and Broomy Field, Stony Porth, Timmy's Hill and Stinking Porth, spank absurdly of the children's story book, of Rupert and Nutwood Common, of Sailor Sam and other creations of fiction. And indeed when one happens upon the tiny Scillonian island of Bryher, shimmering in the blue sea three miles north-west of St Mary's and a third of a mile across New Grimsby Channel from Tresco, one cannot but feel that one has intruded into a world of make-believe.
Track Record
There is no fiction or make-believe about Bryher. Since founding The Bryher Partnership in 1986, 123 projects have been completed, all on time and within budget. These include 115 projects involving job evaluation and the design of affordable, motivational reward structures. 57 per cent of Clients are in the Public Sector (including Health) and 43 per cent are in the Private Sector.
Our logo
There are five hills on Bryher - Gweal, Heathy, Sampson, Timmy's, and Watch – and we’ve climbed them all; there are six on our logo; the sixth, perhaps a figment of your imagination, remains to be climbed….
