CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT 2001

A recent Business Intelligence report has revealed a large gap between senior managers' view of their organisations' customer management performance and the reality. Although 69% of senior managers responsible for CRM believe that their companies manage customers well, key customer processes and practices are either completely missing or if they are in existence, poorly managed.

Customer Relationship Management 2001 will address the issues of customer processes and practices. The conference and free exhibition organised by Business Intelligence will take place from 22nd to 24th May at Olympia.

The CRM 2001 conference programme will be split into three dedicated streams allowing delegates to tailor their timetables to their specific business needs. Key management practices, processes and technologies behind the theory will be explored and tracks will include Customer Life Cycle Management, Analytical CRM and eCRM. The Customer Life Cycle Management stream will show delegates how to distinguish the line between sales, marketing and service allowing the customer to be put first through seamless co-ordination. The Analytical CRM track will explain how to use customer data to its best advantage and eventually increase profits. Lastly, the eCRM track will take delegates through all the aspects of eCRM from integration to collaboration.

Business intelligence is at the core of today's most fundamental business strategy. The business intelligence market has undergone a dramatic evolution over the past decade. Generic ad hoc tools have developed into tools designed to perform specific analytical functions within an enterprise.
