Products

For the Extruder, Castool's unique floating-fixed DUMMY BLOCK has been the choice of high volume producers for many years. The quick-lock coupling saves costly downtime. The spring-activated mandrel releases instantly, and every time. The effective air cooling reduces the temperature of both dummy block and container. The tempered steel wear ring outlasts conventional dummy blocks, and is easily and economically replaced.
Other extrusion products include STEMS, CONTAINERS, DIE OVENS, CONTAINER OVENS, ALIGNMENT DEVICES, and LUBRICATION SYSTEMS.
 

For the Die Caster, Castool is the exclusive North American supplier of the patented Allper PLUNGER TIPS. The expanding steel wear rings are quickly changed.
