Contracts Consultancy Limited was established in 1981 to provide professional, technical and commercial services to clients such as operating companies, engineers, contractors, governments and consultants in the offshore and onshore oil and gas, petrochemical, power, energy, engineering, construction and high technology industries.

Concentrating initially on professional consultancy services provided to clients personally by the founders, CCL has since expanded to a turnover of over $10 million per annum so as to be able to provide a much wider variety of services to the international energy business worldwide. As CCL is independently owned and managed, it is able to give independent and objective advice to its clients.
