Company Structure

Headquartered in London, England, Churchill is a British software services supplier with a wholly owned state-of-the-art Offshore Development Centre (ODC) based in Bangalore - India’s Silicon city. The ODC was established in 1996; it is equipped with a proven development and communications infrastructure, and will house over 300 highly skilled developers by the end of 2000. All European offshore projects are managed by the UK office which provides a seamless development service through a proven framework of remote team management methods, web collaboration tools and quality management systems.

The ODC assists clients in migrating from existing host-based or client-server technologies to the Internet computing platform, through a portfolio of services that includes: database and code conversion; application design and development; benchmarking and software tuning; project planning and monitoring; product deployment at customer sites and training; and Oracle product release implementations.
