BI.MAG: Automatic Store for the handling and storing of long materials, profiles, bars, dies and heavy parts in general.

Utilisation:

BI.MAG. automatic vertical store is the answer for any exigencies of storage of long materials and heavy parts in general: steel profiles or tubes, aluminium and PVC profiles and bars, dies, tools and heavy parts. BI.MAG. is designed and manufactured according to the specific requests given by the end user, in terms of measures and quantity of containers, capacity and height of the system. BI.MAG. is often used for a rational storage of parts or dies with capacity max per containers 3000 Kg to 5000 Kg.

The loading units are put on two columns, a lift in the central corridor makes all the operations for picking the containers according to the code given by the operator.

BI.MAG. system can also be extended in width to create a system with many towers and hundreds of loading units.
 

ML Automatic Storage System for the handling and storing of sheet metals, plates and flat products in general, special dies up to 5 tons capacity per tray (loading unit).

The concept of this machine is quite similar to BI.MAG. solution, but with different configuration of loading units given by the size of sheet to be stored.
 

Box-Mag Automatic Storage System for the handling and storing of parts.

Utilisation:

Box-Mag automatic vertical store is the answer for any exigencies of storage of small parts and light goods in general: accessories, screws, nuts, spare parts, mechanical, hydraulic or pneumatic components etc. Box-Mag is designed and manufactured according to the specific requests given by the end user, in terms of measures and quantity of drawers, capacity and height of the system. The loading units are put on two towers, a lift in the central corridor makes all the operations for picking the drawers according to the code given by the operator referring to a special item on the selected container. Different kinds of picking stations are available on Box-Mag, with possibility to have internal or external picking station, single or double.
