Cominvest Asset Management is the oldest fund management company in Germany with an investment history of about 58 years. Currently, cominvest has around 100bn USD under management, of which 60bn are institutional assets. The company is a 100% subsidiary of Commerzbank, Germany's second largest bank. Headquartered in Frankfurt, Cominvest provides asset management services to a broad portfolio of domestic and international clients.

International investors are domiciled in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa. They include multinational corporations, pension funds, banks and governmental entities, such as central banks and others. In 14 different portfolios, cominvest manages about 5bn USD for government-related entities. An office in Dubai was set up in 2007, from where cominvest services institutional investors in the Middle East.
