Our company Constructions in Greece offers comprehensive support
to assist you in buying a property in the Peloponnesus region of southern
Greece. We have offices in both Kalamata and London. We offer brand new homes
for sale and we also build to order. This can be done within plots that we
currently own or we can source plots according to your specification, i.e. size,
location, distance to towns and beaches etc. Once we have the land, we will
involve you in all of the planning and building stages. This is to determine the
amount of square meters, bedrooms, bathrooms, balconies, colour schemes, kitchen
and bathroom units.
The houses we sell are finished and ready to move into with built in bedroom
wardrobes, fitted kitchens and bathrooms, air conditioning, heating and floor
tiles.
We can give advice on flights, car-hire, places to stay when viewing, and
finding English speaking lawyers (members of the Hellenic Lawyers Association).
We can even advise on the best shops to purchase electrical goods and furniture
as we have found out that these items are generally cheaper or on a par with
British prices. Some of the shops we recommend will offer discounts.
We only use qualified tradesmen that are directly employed by our company.
The kitchens are built and installed by our own employed kitchen fitters working
from our workshops in Kalamata.
