Transaction Service & Solutions (TSS) is responsible for the transactional relationship between Credit Suisse and our correspondent banking clients worldwide. The TSS unit is divided into a client facing Sales and Marketing team and a Product Development and Support team working closely together to deliver a range of solutions and services to a wide variety of clients with at times significantly different requirements.

The products for which TSS is responsible for are:

	Payments & Cash Services: Traditionally this favoured heavily the Swiss Franc but more and more our clients are seeking services across a range of currencies so that today 40% of our client payment flow is in non-Swiss Franc currencies. Our market share in the Swiss Franc payments business is approximately 35% and many of the world’s largest financial institutions use Credit Suisse and TSS for their accounts and payments service requirements.
	Continuous Linked Settlement (CLS) product: Services to both Settlement Members and Third Party clients have been developed over the last four years in anticipation of the CLS go-live, which took place in September 2002. We are now recognized as one of the major players in the CLS arena and a pioneer in developing ideas and solutions in this new and exciting area of business.
	Swiss Securities Custody Services: Top rated for eleven of the past twelve years, Credit Suisse can be regarded as the quality provider of custody services in the Swiss market. In addition to safekeeping we have also developed advanced and flexible solutions incorporating corporate actions, tax and settlement services.
