Andreou Property Strategy - also known as APS - is a
Property Consultancy Firm that
was established in 1998, but the senior partners have more than 47 years
experience in the marketplace. Since its founding APS has earned the respect
of many reputable and well established organisations as one of the most reliable
Chartered Surveying and Estate Agency
firms on the island. Its clientele list runs very long indeed and this includes
most of the commercial banks, cooperative societies as well as other financial
institutions. Besides financial institutions APS undertakes considerable
valuation work for many legal firms, private and public organisations and
private individuals. "Valuation" here is a wider term used to describe asset
valuations, compulsory purchase & statutory valuations as well as valuations for
occupied property for the European Courts of Human Rights (ECHR); the biggest
claim to date has been made by our Firm (about £3.9 million).
As fully Licensed Agents (Reg. No. 378), APS handles a property portfolio
that is currently worth over £1bn, which is updated daily.
APS undertakes a leading role in directing investor interest to the real
estate sector through various ways; the most notable ones being the use of the
media, like newspaper articles, property magazines, television & radio
presentations and road shows. In this way we believe we can promote public
awareness about areas that only a few were privileged enough to know about.

construction project on the island.
We view our role as a leading one during the development process in the
provision of ideas and solutions as to how to make a concept realise
successfully. Financial management is an area we specialise in during the
development process so that our clients avoid unnecessary spending which
otherwise lead to a high percentage of "contingencies" in the costs bill.
