The Company has been established in May 1995 and production started in January 1997. It is considered one of the most modern integrated industrial facilities for Aluminium industries 

• Extrusion
• Anodizing
• Powder Coating
• Dies Manufacturing
• Casting
• Die Manufacturing.

The productive capacity of the extruded profiles reach up to 21600 tons per year.

The equipment includes the following:

• Two Horizontal Extrusion presses
  (Schloemann - Sutton), Capacity 2500 US Tons each. Handling and Heating Equipment Produced by the famous American GRANCO CLARK CO. equipped with Double Puller System.
• Anodizing plant of the loop Type:
  The plant has been engineered and designed according to the latest technologies known in the field, the plant capacity is 130000 Amps. The production processes are automatically controlled by computerized devices, which finally lead to the stability of the production quality of the anodizing, and electrocoloring processes The plant comprises 39 process tanks and considered one of the most advanced anodizing lines.
• Electro Static Powder coating line
  It is a modern line designed and established by OXALTEC USA INC. The produced colors are correspondent to the international code (RAL).

Dies Factory:
The Factory Comprises an excellent design office, which allows the company to produce, dies for any special profiles. The Factory is furnished with some of the most updated wire cutting and spark erosion machines by CHARMILLES Technologies of Switzerland, also C.N.C. machines. This facility is capable of producing up to 60 dies per month.

Quality Standards:
The company applies the German quality Standard DIN 1748 for its typical production however the company can produce according to the German DIN 17615 if needed. The micron layer for the typical anodized production is 12-15 microns and 20-25 microns upon request. Also 50-80 microns for the Electrostatic powder coating however the company can produce any micron layer according to customer needs.

Color Range:
The company production could be in one of the following colors

1. The natural Aluminum color MF.
2. Anodized Prod : Silver, Gold., Bronze range (Light, Dark, Brown, Black).
3. Electro Static Powder Coating. All colors are in accordance with the (RAL) code,
4. Under construction: processing tanks for extra different colors.
