ExpenseOnDemand is a UK based company operating in more than 70 countries
worldwide. The organisation is concerned solely with the provision and support
of
expense management solutions and the on-going development of its global
expense management suite.
ExpenseOnDemand is a fully managed, hosted solution, accessed via a web
browser from anywhere in the world. To file a claim, staff simply login
with a unique user name and password and complete the forms presented to
them.
Options are selected from drop down menus and fields are pre-populated
whenever possible. ExpenseOnDemand is configured to incorporate the specific
business rules and company policies required by each client organisation.
Different rules may be applied to different individuals, flexibility is
an outstanding feature of this system.
For example, employees may claim only for expense category items allocated
to them and, if required, expenditure for each expense category may then
be capped.
Once completed, claims then follow predetermined workflow routes for
approval and ultimately for payment. To avoid re-keying, links may be created
to upload files to peripheral systems such as BACS, HR and Finance.
