Being a ‘virtual’ consultancy means we have the ability to combine our own internal resources with those of our network of associates, who are all experienced consultants in their own right, when resourcing projects. This provides two significant advantages for our clients:

• We can be totally flexible about the make up of the teams we utilise on our client projects by mixing our own resources with those of our associates. This means we are able to tailor teams to meet your needs rather than 'force fitting' consultants, and
• We can keep our overheads and costs to a minimum and pass on these savings to our clients in the form of lower fees

Members of the group have many years consulting and line management experience and have worked across many different industries, and can thus bring this variety of experience to solving your unique business problems.

All management consultancies claim to work the same way.............to work with you and to transfer knowledge to your organisation during the project.

At the Flying Monk Group we make the same claim, however, for us it is the only operating model we believe to be both successful and to deliver lasting change. Therefore, our preferred approach to client projects is to have significant client involvement with us acting as Coaches and/or Facilitators. We believe that only this approach will deliver knowledge transfer, it also has an additional benefit in that it reduces your external consultancy spend.
We do, however, realise that this approach is not always appropriate for all projects, nor for all clients, and thus we are happy to discuss different more 'hands on' approaches with you to meet your specific needs.

Additionally, we seek client feedback upon our performance at the end of every project. As part of this feedback one of the key questions that we ask is 'Do you think your organisation has gained sufficient knowledge to undertake a similar project in the future?'.
