Victoria, Gozo. Selling property was how
we started, but we have gradually diversified our services to include rental of
holiday farmhouses and villas, insurance and turnkey services including
conversion of farmhouses and apartments.
We take utmost care when dealing with
clients, both local and foreign and offer a dedicated, personal service. Buying
a property in your own country is quite daunting, buying a property overseas is
a different matter altogether.
Once a client contacts us, we discuss their requirements extensively and
provide a cross selection of property that fits into what the client desires. An
open mind needs to be kept at all times, as it is not the first time buyers
opted for something completely different than what they had sought in the first
place.
Our property portfolio has a mixture of new developments we are selling off
plan at very good pre-construction prices. Buyers are becoming increasingly
selective, which results in developers coming out with higher quality and better
presented projects. New projects that we are offering range from small apartment
blocks to larger developments with communal pool and outstanding views. Huge
high-rise apartment blocks are not something you find in Gozo. We are also
agents for a unique development of luxury villas set in a seventeenth century
fortification overlooking a beautiful harbour.
For those looking for something more independent we have quaint, converted
farmhouses some with pool or central courtyard. These are usually found tucked
away in small villages and truly offer a little piece of paradise. Although not
as common, you can still find these old farmhouses in their original unconverted
state which can then be converted to the purchasers’ specifications.
