Product portfolio covering a broad range of targets

HTRF^® limits assay development time while offering exceptional possibilities for miniaturization and scale-up, and is particularly well-suited to evolving HTS needs. Cisbio has associated HTRF^® to cell-based formats in order to create a new generation of functional tools that can provide information about cell function in a high throughput mode:

• The IP-One Assay, the first cell-based high throughput system that can easily detect IP1, which tightly correlates with Gq-coupled activity. IP-One incorporates d2, a novel small molecule organic dye developed and optimized by Cisbio and also introduced in three of Cisbio’s cAMP assays due to its advanced properties.
• HTRF^® KinEASE™ and HTRF^® KinEASE™ TK, developed in collaboration with Millipore (Upstate), a monoclonal antibody-based assay platform used for screening of Serine/Threonine and Tyrosine kinases and validated on over 160 kinases.
• Specified and ready-to-use assays, which also incorporate d2, for the precise quantification of biomarkers such as cGMP, cortisol, PGE2 and a growing selection of biological mediators.
• HTRF^® Toolbox Reagents and HTRF^® Kinase Toolbox Reagents

Recognized technical support for assay implementation and customized services
Cisbio offers a range of services and a highly-trained technical team that serves as a time-saving resource, answering customer questions and providing on-site support. Dedicated scientific consultants partner with customers for the custom conversion of heterogeneous, radiometric and other conventional immunoassays to an optimized HTS format, and ensure that this transition runs smoothly. Cisbio also works on other aspects of assay development, such as designing novel HTRF^® assays for new targets and providing custom labelling services for the labelling of proteins, peptides, oligonucleotides, or other biomolecules, either with HTRF^® fluorophores like cryptate, XL665, d2, or tags such as biotin or DNP.

In addition to offering specialized training in HTRF^® technology theory, its applications in drug discovery and running HTRF^® cell-based assays, Cisbio hosts an annual “HTRF^® In Drug Discovery” Symposium, where experts in compound screening and lead optimization, therapeutic area leaders, scientists and R&D managers discuss HTRF^® and its applications in the fields of drug screening, target discovery and mechanistic.
