ICETECH PRODUCT LINE
IceBlast KG12 is suitable for companies that have a limited number of short cleaning tasks. The dry ice tank has a capacity of 12 kg. The KG12 IceBlast machine is supplied complete with an ergonomic blasting gun and 7,5m hose.
IceBlast
KG50 is suitable for professional users with extensive cleaning
requirements. The dry ice tank has a capacity of 50 kg allowing the machine
to be used for 45-60 minutes before refilling. With an operating pressure of
up to 16 bar, Ice Blast KG50 provides extremely effective cleaning.
RoboBlast KG50 is a great technological advance in dry ice blasting equipment, enabling the application of dry ice blasting in automated robot systems due to its great operational reliability. The IceTech RoboBlast has undergone a number of tests and approvals proving the systems effectiveness and reliability. A number of RoboBlast machines have been applied by the car industry.
IceTech Blasting Guns suits various cleaning requirements. The guns are module designed and the wide range of accessories available can be adapted to any cleaning assignment to ensure greatest possible effectiveness whatever the job. Guns and accessories can be easily fitted without the use of tools.
Nozzles, a wide range of nozzles are available for the blasting
gun, ensuring maximum efficiency whatever the job.
Hoses are made of flexible reinforced silicone tube with a protective sleeve. Quick couplings allow swift connection to the machine and other blasting hoses. With the IceTech hoses, a maximum air pressure of 16 bar can be applied.
IceMaker PR150 presents a revolutionary alternative to existing dry ice making machines. The IceMaker PR150 provides non-stop supply of high density dry ice pellets from a source of low temperature liquid carbon dioxide. From a storage tank, a regulated supply of liquid CO2 is expanded to low pressure and forms the dry ice snow. Then it is pressed through a multiport extruder die by a single acting horizontal reciprocating piston.
