The overwhelming majority of our 42 consultants have worked within the industry for which they recruit, or previous experience of specialist recruitment. Many have both. Our consultants pride themselves on their up-to-date industry knowledge and technical understanding of the roles for which they recruit.
Each division of indigoselection is divided into teams covering specialist areas of the financial markets. The consultants themselves also work in their own areas based on a specific client portfolio or on defined vertical sectors.
By building these distinct layers of expertise and experience we are able to deal successfully with a wide range of permanent, temporary and contract positions at a variety of levels. Our banking, accountancy and insurance teams provide a highly efficient database search and advertised selection services, while our executive division provides a genuine alternative to search.
indigoselection’s consultants are supported by a contemporary media advertising campaign using a variety of newspapers, magazines and trade publications. We maintain a significant Internet job-site presence in addition to our own web-site and employ a team of experienced researchers to maintain a sophisticated network and tracking system. indigoselection is one of the few recruitment consultancies to have established a dedicated marketing department for the sole purpose of promoting our name and ensuring that we have the people that our client’s need. The accountancy & finance division recruits at all levels from accounts clerks to Financial Director across various sectors including investment banks, other financial services organizations and blue chip commercial companies.

indigoselection Executive Division
The executive division was set up to deal with senior level recruitment above the £60,000 base salary level and focusing on financial services. Primarily dealing with qualified accountants from investment banking working in either financial control or middle office product areas, along with specialist areas such as internal audit, risk management, project teams and front office business managers.

Indigoselection Banking Division
The indigoselection banking team was established in 1994 and specialises in the recruitment of back and middle office positions at all levels for the majority of the City institutions.

Indigoselection Insurance Division
The indigoselection insurance team covers a wide variety of positions across insurance and financial services. We have experience of working with clients and applicants form both the company and broker markets and are able to deal with positions from director level to graduate trainee.
