The company is developing at an exceptional pace. During the years 1994-1999 the number of titles grew by almost nine times, while the total single-issue circulation of all INFOR periodicals reached more than one million copies. INFOR has its own distribution and subscription systems and its subscription list includes some 100,000 firms, institutions, and commercial subscribers. The company’s revenues have increased consistently - in 1998 they exceeded significantly the level of 130 million PLN, with a gross profit of over 12 million PLN. Over the years 1995 -1998, INFOR saw an approximate average growth rate of 80% in profits, while turnover increased by 41 percent over the same period. During the months January-September 1999, revenues totaled more than 104 million PLN, and gross profits reached almost 6 million PLN.

In addition to the main holding body - "Wydawnictwo INFOR Sp. z o.o." publishing company - the group also includes the following specialised arms - "INFOR Opinia" – which acts as a research institution, "INFOR Training" - specialising in the organisation of training courses and conferences and "Law Economic Publishing Company INFOR" which handles mail-order sales of books published by INFOR and other publishing houses through the Business Book Club.

The group has begun entering new areas of communication on a wide scale. It offers its clients a comprehensive set of legal and economic data in electronic form and over the internet (at www.infor.pl). As a service to our regular readers, INFOR journalists and experts prepare updated information providing advice in such fields as taxation, insurance and law. This information is published in over 30 regional press publications and also broadcast daily by 65 radio stations nation-wide. INFOR holds shares in the national Polish radio station TOK FM, and co-produces television programmes.
