The manufacturing facilities are divided by function and purpose. Separate buildings produce and press carbide powders. Spilled oil is cleaned immediately. Efficient, clean and orderly production has resulted. Quality is enhanced. All ISCAR factories are spacious and air-conditioned all year, and the yellow floors have provided a bright, cheery atmosphere. General working conditions are excellent. The philosophy of Stef Wertheimer, ISCAR's founder and Chairman, is being enhanced with the continuous development and improvements of products and services.
