Foundation

The engineering office, Jasper was founded in Geseke 1983 by Robert Jasper. Planning and the marketing of energy-plants for the industry and communities were the first business fields. After the entry of Hans Dieter Jasper in 1988 the business activities expanded clearly and the engineering office was changed into a GmbH.

For more than 20 years Jasper GmbH has been operating in the fields of thermal process engineering, building of industrial furnaces and electrical engineering. Hence Jasper GmbH is able to combine all these capabilities and supply these services as an "all-in-one solution" from one source.

Today Jasper GmbH has approximately 30 employees; the majority certified engineers at sites in Geseke (near to Kassel), Langenfeld (near to Duesseldorf) and Quickborn (near to Hamburg).

Due to our international activities we have offices and co-operation partners all over the world. As consulting, analysis and project engineering of such plants requires outstanding know-how, we support all our customers from the responsible offices.

Industrial furnaces and combustion systems

In industrial applications, for melting and smelting of metals, for glass processing, for process engineering or the thermal residue elimination we are planning and building industrial furnaces and combustion systems. We provide maintenance and repairs respectively retro-fitting of such plants also.

• MultiMelter - Melting of different kinds of aluminium-scrap without salt, use of regenerator systems including reduction of Dioxin
• EcoMelter - Shaft melting furnace with regenerator systems
• EcoSpan - a concept for highly efficient cleaning and drying of swarf, with reduction of Dioxin

Optimised burner systems with high efficient heat recovery

• PulsReg^® - classic regenerator
• PulsReg^®Zentral - further development of the classic PulsReg^®-system

EcoReg^® - rotating, continuously operating regenerator

Following the development of the EcoReg^®-system (1995) we can offer a heat recovery system with high efficiency, avoiding the disadvantages of the conventional pulsed regenerators. A preheating of the combustion air up to 1400°C can be achieved in special applications. Energy savings up to 50% (compared to cold air burner systems) are possible during simultaneous increase of production.

Engineering and building of plants for economical and eco-friendly energy consumption

Our main principle is the use of energy reasonable and economical as well as environmental adapted. Following this guiding principle often leads to surprising solutions. In this case we are acting in the following special fields, complementing each other:

However energy is used, however heat is recovered and provided again to the process. All these are questions within the framework of process engineering where economic energy system solutions are necessary.

Process control techniques for measuring and controlling, software

No industrial plant can be operated today without control- and managing-systems which embed the plant seamlessly into complex systems and procedures. Therefore, we cross-link controls and systems (own and foreign products) on all hierarchical levels of control engineering. In this case, we use the Siemens SPS (S7) most often, proven as an industrial standard. However, custom-built controls are also configured and documented correspondingly.

Beside standard furnace systems we offer highly optimised installations, with special process technology, for different applications.

Today

In the last years the demand for energy optimised furnace systems has risen clearly in the national and international market. Due to our longstanding experience of more than 20 years, we are able to fulfil the demands of our customers energetically and economically, whilst respecting the environmental requirements.
