A Kempinski Residence with an area of between 100 and 400 sqm (1080 – 4300 sq. ft) provides you and your family with living accommodation of infinitely high quality combined with the legendary Kempinski service.

The residences are internally connected to the hotel, restaurants and St. Moritz SPA. A medical and therapy centre is situated in the immediate vicinity. These all fulfil ideal requirements for a sense of well-being in the Kempinski Resort throughout the year.

The magnificent natural surroundings in Switzerland's largest snow sports region, which has an annual average of 322 sunny days, entice you to enjoy a stay at 1.800 m (nearly 6,000 ft.) above sea level. The cross-country ski track passes in front of the entrance to your new home and the 'Signal' cable-car directly opposite takes you straight to the Corviglia ski slopes. For five months you can enjoy optimal winter sports and, in summer, great golf on the five courses nearby.

The whole family will feel completely at ease in a Kempinski Residence. Your children enjoy playing in the Kempinski Kids Club whilst you savour an aroma-massage. Relax in the St. Moritz SPA, the largest in the Engadin valley. Treat yourself to culinary delights in the Kempinski restaurants (awarded a total of 29 Gault Millau points) or let a Kempinski chef spoil you in your own home. A meal freshly-prepared in your private, specially-equipped caterer's kitchen creates a special setting for a business meeting or a personal celebration.

Your Kempinski Residence can be sublet during your absence - under the supervision of the Kempinski Grand Hôtel des Bains. This is a profitable arrangement for you and makes the spacious residences available to other St. Moritz visitors.

This residence offers an ideal living space for two people with its large bedroom, adjacent dressing room and bright luxury bath.

A harmonious togetherness is provided by the two bedrooms with two bathrooms. A showering bottleneck is unlikely to happen!

Residence "Piz Diavolezza"
Three bedrooms each with its own bathroom, of which two are light-filled, give space and harmony for up to three generations.

The entry will fill you with enthusiasm! There is enough space for your winter wardrobe and the spacious atmosphere will give you and your guests a warm welcome. Thanks to the separate guest toilet your luxury bathroom will be used exclusively by yourself.

In addition to your cellar you can dispose of an additional storage room in your residence where you can store your summer and/or winter clothes – of course also during your absence, in case you would like to sublease your residence.

Your monthly rental price CHF 16,900.— net

Various services are included for up to 10 years:

Concierge and valet parking, garden maintenance, security service, top-standard care of the residence during your absence, use of the St. Moritz SPA.
