Dust-free loading and unloading

The Siwertell ship unloaders are based on unique screw conveyor technology with a totally enclosed conveying line for environment friendly operation and offer capacities of up to 2400 t/h for ships up to 200 000 dwt. They are supplied in rail mounted, port mobile, road mobile, stationary, and ship based versions.

The ship loaders are based on screw, aero slide or belt conveying technologies and offer capacities of up to 4,000 t/h, for ships up to 120,000 dwt. They are suitable for a range of dry bulk materials such as alumina, cement, fertilizers, grain, coal, agribulk, sulphur and other dry bulk commodities.

Dedicated for grain and agribulk handling is the new generation pneumatic ship unloader model named PortMaster. It is available in various sizes with capacities of up to 550 t/h.

Siwertell mobile unloaders, from one harbour to another

MacGREGOR also offers Siwertell mobile unloaders that are designed to be operational without any assistance of an auxiliary crane and within short after arriving at the operation site.

MacGREGOR's mobile unloaders are based on unique Siwertell screw technology with a totally-enclosed conveying line for environmentally friendly and cost-efficient operation. Three different models – the Siwertell 5000 S, 10 000 S and 15 000 S – are available for handling a wide range of dry bulk materials with an unloading capacity of up to 500t/h. The mobile unloaders are suitable for handling free-flowing dry bulk cargoes such as cement, ­alumina, sulphur (with a Siwertell sulphur safety ­system), grain, feedstuff, biomass and fertilisers.

Safe and highly functional storage systems

Apart from assuring a safe and professional loading and unloading process in harbours, MacGREGOR also provides tailor made bulk terminals. Siwertell ship unloaders or loaders are often combined with mechanical or pneumatic conveying systems to suit a bulk terminal project, for import, export, or transhipment.
