Another value add we provide to our customers is our two state-of-the-art Technical Centers - one located in Racine, Wisconsin, USA and the other in Bonlanden, Germany. Each center serves as a breeding ground for many of our pioneering products, such as: fuel cell cooling systems, CO₂ air-conditioning systems, electronics cooling solutions, and EGR cooling. Both centers are equipped with testing and lab facilities for thermodynamics, structural integrity, metallurgy, and process development.

Also located in each Technical Center is a world class climatic wind tunnel. These tunnels are capable of simulating virtually any type of driving condition on earth. Our solar simulation and relative humidity controls make this possible. Whether testing at sub-zero or tropical temperatures, high or low humidity, we have the ability to prove-out our products to any customer. The wind tunnels can accommodate front-wheel, rear-wheel, and four-wheel drive vehicles, including passenger cars, trucks, buses, and agricultural and construction equipment. They also simulate road-driving conditions at speeds up to 150 miles per hour (250 kilometers per hour) for automobiles and up to 72 miles per hour (120 kilometers per hour) for trucks.
