National Association of Primary Care

The NAPC is a non-political, non profit-making membership organisation that represents and supports the interests of all primary health care professionals and organisations.

The NAPC represents and negotiates Primary Care Groups' interests with central Government and other political parties. In addition to working with the NHS Executive, the Secretary of State and the Chief Medical Officer, members' interests are represented on many national working groups, which provide opportunities for creating and shaping policies.
