Our current projects in Northern Cyprus are being designed and led by an
international management team with over 18 years of experience in the business.

as turtle beach. The Alagadi Beach derives its fame from the
 'turtle
nests that hatch and lay their eggs during the months of June to September.
During this period, one can watch the Mediterranean 'Caretta Caretta' turtles
lay their eggs and then see the baby turtles hatch from their eggs and escape
into the azure waters of the Mediterranean. Nature Bay Developers have worked
very closely with the environmental department to be able to build on this
precious and most beautiful part of the island, in true harmony to give you the feeling of peaceful remoteness that is unattainable elsewhere.
