The UK geography provides an interesting and dynamic market for "home-grown" products as well as products from USA and Europe. The intense competition offers rich rewards for those who are patient and can offer robust, proven solutions.

To meet these challenges, OITUK Ltd., in close partnership with OIT Inc., continues to develop and provide high-end EDM & Workflow solutions which are closely integrated with business processes and line-of-business applications. With additional development resources on-board and associations with other technology providers, OITUK will be releasing a number of new products and add-ons during 2005, including:

• New, entry-level EDM Solution;
• TNA Compliant Electronic Records Management System;
• Integrated OCR, including Forms Processing;
• Electronic Forms, to support high volume, distributed transactions, feeding Workflow systems;
• A number of add-ons for capturing e-Mails, un-structured data, mainframe transactions, and business-to-business transactions;
• Robust scanning sub-system supporting multi-format output for Monochrome, Greyscale, and Colour scanned documents, including distributed scanning;
• Sector specific add-on modules for Finance, Local Authorities, and NHS.

Some of the new developments are in use and have helped win new business in all sectors. We are very pleased to announce three new Hospital sites in Scotland, adding to the “OITUK Footprint” in the UK Health Sector. The new OITUK sites include:
