Orbi Engineering is a construction company founded in Sofia in 1991. Started
almost as a family enterprise today the company has got a substantial number of
constructed buildings behind it and is an active member of the real estate
market in the capital. Our experience includes single family houses, housing
compounds, office and a good number of residential buildings.
In most cases we have been the major or only investor in our buildings. That
has always allowed us clearer scope, better organisation and an easier
construction process. With the growing specialisation and diversity of building
materials and technologies we are using more often the services of
subcontractors. This leads to a greater precision and quality in the
construction of the buildings. The diversity of our experience is a response to
our desire to have a wider presence in the real estate market.
A main scope of Orbi Engineering today is to create quality buildings taking
into account the individual requirements of our clients.

working on.
Vasilashko Ezero Flats:
One-, two-, three bedroom apartments and penthouses executed in style and
attention to detail.
Located in a quiet residential area, the newly built Vasilashko Ezero
development is enjoying marvellous views towards Vitosha Mountain and Sofia. The
development is a 10 minute drive from the city centre, 25 minutes to Sofia
international airport, 15 minutes from Business Park Sofia and in close
proximity to the ring road.
The building consists of five separate parts, each one with its own entrance
and access control. Each section is made of shops and offices at the ground
level, four apartment floors and two top terrace floors.
In the four apartment floors of the two end parts of the building the flats
vary from 60 to 120 sqm and the double floor apartments range from 107 to 165
sqm. In the two middle parts the apartments range between 80, 91 and 135 sqm and
the double floor apartments are of 227 sqm. The central part is designed as an
apartment hotel with a reception and a lobby-bar and the flats there vary from
84 to 95 sqm. The underground level is divided in three parts consisting of
parking and storage spaces.
Malinova Dolina Houses:
Four family houses, each of a different experience.
The houses are situated within the outskirts of Sofia, which speaks of a calm
and quite environment. The area is built predominantly with low developments,
and most of them are single family houses. Close to the compound is the ring
road and Business Park Sofia. A few big stores are a 5 minute drive by car.
The high quality suburban development of Malinova Dolina consists of four
detached houses, each of them placed in a separate lot and has its own car and
pedestrian access. Each house consists of an underground level, ground floor,
one floor above it and an attic. In the underground one can find the garage, the
boiler room, storage space, private gym and a sauna equipped with bathroom and a
toilet. At ground level are situated the kitchen, dining room, living room,
working room/library, a bathroom with a toilet and storage space. There are
three bedrooms with two common bathrooms on the first floor. Each room has its
own terrace. The attic is equipped with its own toilet and bathroom. The aim of
