Osiedle Bałtyk Sp. z o.o. is a company with a Canadian capital, which
has been functioning in the Polish market for 10 years now. The area of the
project covers more than 70 000 square meters, where the high standard terraced
houses and apartments are built. The premises are designed in a way, which
allows the full utilisation of the advantages of the modern technologies.
Osiedle Bałtyk Sp. z o.o. is a team of young professionals, who know
the realities of the market and the building trade in all details and are
managed and guided by an experienced manager. We successfully make use of the
experience and knowledge gained during our carrier paths on the grounds of our
company. All our partners fulfil the quality targets to the highest degree and
