The heat treatment equipment business division of OTTO JUNKER GmbH is specialized on the delivery of turn-key plant and equipment for reheat-ing and surface treatment to the semi-finished metal products industry.

OTTO JUNKER provides complete heat treatment systems for high grade aluminium rolled products, extrusions and castings. Our heat treatment and technology division develops, designs and manufactures also the equipment required upstream and downstream of the heat treatment furnaces.

• Furnace atmosphere control based on analysis of O2, analysis of combustibles, control of nitrogen flow rate and furnace pressure
