Eric Tomlin
Mr. Tomlin is a founding director of Lynx Management Group [ LMG ] who had
previosly founded the first professional property management company in Phuket.
An established and well-respected property agent and consultant. Has over 20
years experience as Managing Director of trading, manufacturing and property
investment companies in the United Kingdom and in Hong Kong. Mr. Tomlin now
resides permanently in Phuket with his wife and two young daughters.
Suchana Chaloemtoem (Koong)
Director LMG Thailand, a Thai National, Has extensive knowledge and expertise
in local land development and legal system awareness and liaises regularly with
the local government authorities. Recognized for her expertise in the field of
sales and marketing and in land development and has recently acted as Director
to a prestigeous development. Traveled extensively for twelve years whilst
working in the airline industry. Skills include communication [ bi-lingual ],
client liaison, training and supervisory skills.
Waraporn Saengsuwan ( Daeng)
A 31 year old Thai National with a strong ten year record of customer service
in the Hotel and Tourism industries including recent positions with S.M.I.
Holiday, The Chedi Hotel, Phuket and Anantara Resort & Spa in Hua Hin.
She joined the Lynx Group in 2003 where she has applied her expertise in
administration and sales & marketing, quickly rising to become Sales Manager
heading the sales team of LMG( THAILAND ) LTD effectively and professionally.
Her experiences and professionalism in the Real Estate business has become
well known and respected. She recently completed an MBA Course obtaining a
Certificate in Sales and Marketing.

Provision of management and maintenance services to the Common Areas of
estates and to the privately owned properties within residential estates.
Services include rentals of properties for long and short term periods. LYNX can
provide services tailored to suit individual and estate requirements for the
complete maintenance of the property.

LYNX, with years of executive level experience in deluxe and premium level
hotels, offers entrepreneurial management without the corporate complications.
Clear operational philosophies, setting of financial targets and essential
control systems allow for successful management.
3.2 Real Estate - Marketing & Sales
In addition to undertaking local real estate sales for individual buyers and
property owners, LYNX provides comprehensive services to developers for both
domestic and international sales and marketing. These services include the
establishment and management of on-site sales offices, and the provision of
extensive marketing programmes.
3.3 Construction - Project Administration
LYNX offers a full range of management and administration services to
developers. We can provide partial or complete Owner’s Representative services
for any type of development from the design stage, through to completion of
construction.
3.4 Consultancy - Design Development
With its expertise and experience in the management and maintenance of
estates, LYNX is able to provide liaison and consultancy services to developers
from the initial planning stage through to the final handover to the residential
owners and the management company.
