COMPANY
Pressure Seal Group oversees the operations and provides support to Pressure Seal Systems, Pressure Seal Stationery and Pressure Seal Service. In unity the group can provide a world class service beneficial to small local companies and major blue chip corporations.

THE CONCEPT
In essence you use your existing laser printers or print providers to personalize a single piece of Pressure Seal stationery then in one process the document will be folded and sealed ready for posting without the need of an envelope. The process is both cost and labour efficient, and with postage paid impressions [IPP's] you won’t even need to lick a stamp. The system can provide a very quick return on investment and typically can save you up to 75% of your processing budget. It is also proven to be a securer option when using the postal service as all our stationery, once sealed becomes tamper evident surely a major consideration in these dangerous times.

STATIONERY
Pressure Seal Stationery have a comprehensive range incorporating blank base stock or prepared with standard designs [e.g. P60s] we can also provide a bespoke service incorporating your logo and other specific requirements.

We can produce the quantities you require from 500 – 5,000,000 and can provide a call off service and inventory control. Our buying power insures you receive value for money and our experience of form design ensures you utilize the concept to its full potential. Pressure seal stationery produces a tamper evident document that is the ideal vehicle for conveying confidential information, hence its high use in the payroll industry. It is however becoming more and more the favoured choice for direct mail campaigns since the "payslip" image offers opening rates far improved on more traditional methods.

SERVICE
Pressure Seal Service is carried out in the UK by our own team of experienced engineers providing nationwide coverage. We offer yearly subscriptions to our service cover including annual servicing and a rapid response to any call outs in the unlikely event of a problem.

We provide two main standard contracts offering an 8 or 16-hour response, however we can tailor our service to suit the demands of your own organization. Our engineers also provide initial training to new users on installation, a free service and are always at the end of a telephone to assist users with any difficulties, which in our experience is the method where the majority of issues can be resolved.

SYSTEMS
Pressure Seal Systems can supply a comprehensive range of equipment covering some 12 models from a manual desk-top system handling 2400 forms per hour progressing to mid-range machines producing 6000 forms per hour up to high volume mailers accommodating 40,000 forms per hour. Every Pressure seal system is dedicated to providing a clean, simple and cost-effective method of producing confidential one –piece mail. Increasingly the company is being asked to produce bespoke solutions to individual customer requirements and this is increasingly a major contributor to the business. We are one of the few companies to supply dedicated continuous systems – and the only company in the UK able to supply four fold plate machines which allows a greater flexibility of form size and design. For example, reply paid envelopes, vouchers, coupon books etc whilst still retaining the security and high speed of the “one-piece” mailer.
