The first company of our group was established in 1984 with ITEC-Control,
S.A. (PLC) which has been operating in the Real Estate business and started in
1983/84 based in Calpe (Alicante). This company has also been working in the
construction field including building swimming pools.
Promotec-Control S.L. (Limited Company) was established in 1996 and
has taken over the same business lines as ITEC-Control S.A. but with different
partnerships. Both companies offer multi-lingual teams of professionals and take
on the responsibility of purchase/sales contracts mainly in the property field
on the Costa Blanca. The multi-lingual partnership between Spanish Civil
Department, such as Public Notary, Property Registration Office, the Tax
Authorities and other utilities on the one hand and the vendors/purchasers of
Spanish properties on the other requires extremely skilled professionals taking
advantage of the aforementioned faculties for both companies.

ITEC specialises in any form of capital investments and professional
financial advice linked with investing capital in companies and the like.
Ultrasound Equipment Section
ITEC is also concentrating on the business line of ultrasound high tech
cleaning and degreasing equipment for industrial purposes, such as the
automotive, electronic and IT industry as well as the jewellery, watch and
spectacles industry and is thus well established in the respective industrial
lines.
ITEC employs selective top specialists in the field of cleaning and
degreasing installations including advice on the chemical side of it, e.g. the
rather large range of detergents. ITEC provides comprehensive after sales
service. ITEC has installations of ultrasound equipment in well known automobile
factories such as Citroën, SEAT, VW, Renault and Peugeot.
Insurance Department
Our insurance brokerage service covers all types of insurance worldwide, from
property, cars to private health insurance and negotiates with the strongest
international insurance companies, such as Liberty (Royal & Sun Alliance, ASSSA,
