Our winches are subject to the highest quality standards and undergo stringent testing at ROTZLER’s globally unique test centre in Steinen.

For military operations, ROTZLER winches provide powerful help in critical vehicle recovery and self-recovery situations.

Functional and defective tanks as well as other heavy loads are efficiently and safely transported over longer distances using flat-bed trucks and trailers. Therefore ROTZLER develops high-performance double winch systems for loading and unloading heavy-load and tank transporters.

The robust, yet highly responsive HZ recovery winches are perfect for precisely manoeuvring the loads.

Integrated TREIBMATIC recovery winches make vehicles mobile again and keep them operational, thus saving both costs and valuable time.

ROTZLER hoisting winches position and transport materials precisely and quickly. Fitted with a measuring control device (MCD), ROTZLER hoisting winches can be perfectly integrated into the control and safety functions of modern systems. Especially our lightweight and compact TITAN winches have proven their global value for the fishing industry and loading cranes in particular, but also in cranes of military used vehicles.

ROTZLER NEXUS II - intelligent administrator for system data

Furthermore, ROTZLER develops CAN-bus-based communications systems to ensure optimum control and coordination of vehicle components. For recovering, self-recovering and transporting military vehicles, ROTZLER develops customer-specific winches and control systems. The digital controllers are thus identifiable at any time and can be easily evaluated.

The NEXUS II program transfers, displays and updates all relevant data from the control programs of systems installed in a vehicle.

In addition to that, ROTZLER NEXUS II provides functions like quick diagnosis, error detection and visualisation of the connected system.

ROTZLER NEXUS II is directly connected to the CANopen interface and is thus ideally suited to supervise one or more systems either stand alone or integrated in e.g. a vehicle.
