SchmitterGroup AG was founded in 1947 and was changed into a joint stock company in 2001 with its headquarters in Thüngen (Germany). Together with its locations in Arnstein (Germany), Drensteinfurt (Germany), Etupes (France), Killorglin (Ireland) and Penang (Malaysia) it employs more than 700 people and has realized a turnover of more than 65 Mio. Euro in 2002.

As a component specialist for precision pipes and tube form assemblies we do not only offer precise products and products ready for assembling for series, but we also develop new products for the automotive industry and we design and construct also production machines and equipment for series production in our company by our own machine construction department. Combined with our supply chain management SchmitterGroup AG is able to be a reliable supplier for the present and accompanies its customers in future growth.
