The Sercem brand was established over twenty years ago by Cemal Bulutotullari,
the founder and CEO of the ever expanding network of companies under Sercem. The
origins of the company began in Asphalting where Sercem grew in stature gaining
various Government and private contracts throughout Northern Cyprus.
Many of the new road system infrastructure and its asphalting in North Cyprus
were built by Sercem Asphalt Ltd. The Nicosia to Kyrenia road and the new runway
at the recently refurbished Ercan Airport are two of the many completed
projects. Asphalting still remains a vital part of Sercem business and puts the
Company one step ahead in construction.
Sercem Construction Ltd was a natural progression. which filled a void
in the housing market by designing and building inexpensive quality homes in
most sought after locations thus becoming one of the leading construction
companies in North Cyprus. The Company has hundreds of satisfied customers and
is currently building 500 homes which are at varying stages of construction
throughout the Kyrenia region most with sea and mountain views.
Sercem Construction Ltd is currently changing the landscape in Alsancak,
Catalkoy, Ozankoy, Bellapais, Sadrazamkoy, Famagusta and Nicosia for the better.
The majority of the homes built by Sercem have been sold off plan due to high
demand by British, German and local customers and the Company continues to
develop new and improved ideas ahead of the market. Sercem's influential
contacts within the Government and the private sector enable the Company to cut
through much of the red tape associated with conducting business on the Island.

Further to our property portfolio Sercem Development Ltd has recently
completed the construction of the Deep Blue Hotel in the beautiful resort of
Bogaz, East of Famagusta. The hotel has a 180 bed capacity and currently holds
the only casino license in the area.
Having gained a strong reputation amongst the Cypriot and European house
buying communities Sercem has decided to extend their services to provide an all
in package. We will be marketing alternative builds and projects as well as their
own properties. Already included are in-house architect teams, civil engineers, after
