The one crucial factor in the success of e-Learning is developing the right mixture
of ingredients for the specific learning needs of individuals, groups or, indeed,
companies. Without such a strategy and the necessary services that underpin e-Learning,
its true potential is unlikely to be realised. Spring therefore offers a number
of different e-Learning services, including Consultancy, Blended Training Solutions,
an e-Learning Portal with access to training from a number of different suppliers,
and Bespoke Content Development. We have also developed a variety of strategic partnerships
with a growing range of leading e-Learning providers. This provides a dynamic portfolio
of e-Learning products which, together with our years of expertise in the field,
provides blended learning solutions that truly work. We firmly believe that the
future of e-Learning lies in well-constructed and well-implemented blended solutions
and programmes. Solutions and programmes that mix and match a variety of e-Learning,
classroom-based and support elements to suit the learning and development needs
of particular businesses or individuals.
