Who we are
Do you know the story about the seven heroes? One of them was strong, the
other could run quickly, the third could see far away... They met and decided to
join their strengths. Based on this classical subject, Akira Kurosava made his
film "The Seven Samurais" and later on a western remake "The Magnificent Seven"
was produced.
At the end of 1999, the managers of the best seven
real estate agencies in Sofia took the
decision to unite. Stolitza – United Agencies was established - one of the
biggest companies on the real estate market in Sofia. Its agents are known as
the best informed and competent in the field.
Stolitza's activities cover all segments of the real estate market as it
offers its clients complex and professional services in the fields of brokerage
– sales, buying and renting of real estate, consulting services, valuations,
investment consulting etc.

Although the company has grown, our approach remains very personal. With our
registered offices in Sofia we cover all parts of Bulgaria, offering the highest

fashionable in our days. We would never advise to use any shortcuts, so that
disappointment and financial loss can be avoided. We tell the truth. We let our
clients know what they can have and what they cannot. We only make promises
which we will be able to keep. This way we save our clients' time and money.
Usually our clients come back to our office for a cup of coffee, so that they

We offer local contacts and first hand knowledge, offering independent advice
to our clients. Stolitza could book your hotel, tickets and arrange a programme
for your visit. We are independent and not tied to any developers.
We source properties in premium locations with excellent rental and capital
growth prospects. Viewing is free of charge. We only charge transport expenses
of €0.20 per kilometre if our transportations services are used. We also provide
full company book keeping, accounting and tax administration services from our
modern, well-equipped luxury offices. Our clients vary from corporate investors
through young families to retired people.

Since 2001, Stolitza – United Agencies has been a member of the NRPA
(National Real Estate Organisation), CEREAN (Central European Real Estate
Associations Network), NAR (National Association of Realtors - USA), and since
2003 the company has been a member of the International Real Estate Federation –
FIABCI.
Antonia Wirth who is one of the owners and General Manager of the company is
a member of the Board of FIABCI – Bulgaria; a member of the Nominations
Committee; Education and Academic Members Committee; and Exchanges Committee of
FIABCI. Ms Wirth Specialises in the field of multinational property
transactions. She is also a member of the Ethics Commission of NRPA.
