At Striding Edge Consultancy Limited, we believe that it is essential to keep providing opportunities for NHS organisations to develop their full potential. Over the past 8 years, Striding Edge has developed a strong relationship with many PCTs, practices and hospitals, as well as pharmaceutical companies, social services and now a university, by designing and running programmes that specifically meet the client’s needs. Utilising basic neuro-linguistic programming training principles to ensure that our training packages are effective, fun and make an impact on those attending, we aim to demonstrate real value for money. Courses are kept to an optimal size to encourage participation and post-course support is offered free of charge.

Continued Professional Development

CPD really is our speciality – working with our clients to evaluate, redesign and deliver new CPD programmes. In the past two years we have worked with 3 PCTs delivering a new CPD programme throughout the organisation (over 70% of all staff within the PCTs have attended the programmes, including chief executives, directors, clinicians and administrators). The programme has been positively praised by PCT IWL assessment, widely welcomed by the staff, and been a positive vehicle for change within the trust. In addition, many practices have also used the programme finding it a positive and energising experience.
