Freephone 800
(Linia Bezplatna 800) is a key service of TP S.A.'s intelligent
network. It has been used by more than 1,000 firms operating in the
Polish market. Charges for Freephone 800 calls are met by the user.
Yet the expenditure is cost-effective. The line provides direct
contact between suppliers and customers enabling immediate response
to customers' needs and requirements. It is of vital importance in
the highly competitive Polish FMCG market and is essential for
banks, pension funds and insurance companies. Offering the facility
of Freephone 800 contributes also to the prestige of businesses.

Discount Line 801
(Linia Ulgowa 801)is a new, special service provided by TP S.A. on
its IN platform. Users share the cost of calls with customers and
the client pays only part of the charge. Discount line 801 is aimed
at sellers of specialist products and at firms that control tightly
their marketing expenditure. Discount line 801 may also be helpful
in business to business dealings.

Business Line 804
(Linia Firmowa 804) is designed for businesses whose marketing
strategy is based on a diversified network of departments, customer
service offices and sales outlets. Typically, the subscriber may use
a single telephone number that is easy to remember. When this number
is called, customers always reach the closest division of the
business. Depending on our partner's needs, he may choose a standard
version of Discount Line 804 (local calls only) or an expanded
version, which covers a wider, selected area. Thus, the service may
be useful to businesses as diverse as a local chain of pizza
delivery outlets or a national chain of car service stations.

(Teleglosowanie 707)is a highly specialist service which is
available on the IN platform of TP S.A. It is applicable to all
kinds of institutions that are interested in a simple, fast and
reliable means of carrying out public opinion surveys. Accordingly,
Televoting 707 is ideal for use by the media, government,
institutional bodies and market survey companies as well as by
research establishments. The application of state-of-the-art
technology allows the processing of up to a million votes an hour.
Depending on the needs or financial conditions, call charges can be
borne by our subscriber or by those taking part in the poll. In both
cases, the cost of casting a single vote is equivalent to the price
of a local call.
TP S.A. grants discounts of up to 25% of connection charges to
frequent users of services available on the IN platform.
